Why? for the fun of it...Feeling better about yourself...What? to become more flexible and stronger.

Mixed Level:  Yoga for all levels.  Poses for those who are learning as well as poses to build a deeper practice for the more enhanced yogi.

Intermediate:  Yoga for experienced yogis.  Classes are generally built around an apex/pinnacle pose.  Keeping ones practice interesting.

Level One:  Yoga for those just beginning the practice of yoga, or have not practiced in some time.  All yogis are welcome.
